I thought that diskpart could help but no "move" or "copy" commands are available, and I powershell I have some cmdlets like Repair-Volume, Set-Disk and other, but I find nothing concerning moving / copying partition in the official documentation
I know the voodoo stuff, but I'd like to get rid of the proprietary software for the partition management and I thought that would be a great time to get to do it with a powershell script. I have a system reserved partition on another disk that I copy using a proprietary software by hand at the start of a brand new MBR disk, and afterwards I copy the C: partition after it. I'm looking to restore a Windows 10 machine, but the drive my script restore is in GPT, which cannot boot on the hardware i'll give it. Last time here was a blast, and I once again could use a hand :
